The Tender Stack makes use of the official Tender Helpdesk widget available to customers. If you have a help desk at Tender and do customer support daily you'll definitely want to check out the Tender website widget. It allows you to embed a small badge saying "Help & Support" on your site. When a visitor clicks on it, your help desk will pop up on the screen allowing them to fill out a contact form which automatically creates a new ticket in your Tender. The widget also allows your visitors to browse through your knowledge bases.
The Tender Stack is highly customizable to give you full control over the widget. The widget will be displayed on the right hand side of your website by default, you can easily change that to the right, to the top or to the bottom. The widget is separated in a "Discussions" and a "Knowledge Base" area, you can easily turn them off by using the Stacks Settings HUD, if you just want to display the Discussions tab or the KB tab.
The Stack also allows you to create pre-filled subjects and messages in the discussion tab if you wish to give your site visitors a personal message. You can also turn it off if you don't want to make use of this extra.
You can also customize the category a new ticket will be created in. By default this is set to "questions", the Stacks settings HUD allows you to change that in no time.
